Extremist Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) tweeted about being president and obtained widespread mockery in response.
On Friday, Greene vowed “if I had been President proper now” she’d “rip the noose off American companies & reward individuals who work” and “radically decontrol, incentivize, and construct 100% confidence in our nation’s companies – giant and small to unleash and rebuild the ability of the American financial system.”
In a second tweet, Greene boasted her actions “in a really brief time” would see America “dominate the world’s financial system and cripple our enemies means to wage conflict towards different nations.”
“Russia can be broke. China’s pretend fragile financial system would fail,” she wrote. “And laborious working People can be rich, profitable, & glad.”
Some critics slammed Greene’s posts for being very low on element.
Others shuddered on the considered the conspiracy theory-endorsing lawmaker, who was stripped of her Home committee assignments over her violent rhetoric, in the future shifting into the White Home.
